The Ultimate Collection została wyselekcjonowana przez członków zespołu, w wyniku czego powstała 17-ścieżkowa kolekcja zawierająca klasyczne utwory zespołu, w tym "Paranoid", "Iron Man", "War Pigs", "N.I.B." i "The Wizard", a także wybrane kawałki z ich klasycznych albumów. Zremasterowany przez znanego inżyniera Andy'ego Pearce'a (Motörhead, Deep Purple, Lou Reed, Iggy & The Stooges) w 2009 roku.
